Round Face
Explore cuts with length, movement or height if that is the proportion you want to emphasise; personal preference still leads the choice.
What defines a round face?
A round face is close to equal in width and length, with full cheeks and a soft, curved jawline. There are no sharp angles, and the widest point sits across the cheeks.
Works to explore
Long layers, a side part, crown height or a lob below the chin are useful references when you want a more vertical line.
Be careful with
A blunt chin-length bob, centre part or rounded short cut can concentrate visual weight around the cheeks. That can be intentional—decide whether you want that effect.
Ask your stylist
Can you show me where this cut will place volume with my texture, and how much daily styling it needs to hold that shape?
