1. General Information

The protection of your personal data is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect on our website, how we use it, and what rights you have. Stylefinden is an editorial fashion inspiration website. We do not sell physical products, process checkout, ship orders, or handle retailer returns or customer service. Stylefinden is operated by Furkan Titiz and Çağatay Ak. They are the responsible operators and data controllers described in this policy. Their public contact and service address are provided in the Legal Notice.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. When you visit our website, technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, date and time) is automatically stored in server log files. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation of the website). We also temporarily process IP addresses for rate-limiting purposes to protect our services from abuse; this data is not stored persistently.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

Our website uses cookies and the browser's local storage to provide core functionality and measure which content helps readers. The table below lists currently deployed cookies and local storage entries:

On the US production .com site, privacy-conscious analytics may run by default to measure content performance unless you choose “Necessary Only”. On EU/UK/CH-oriented market deployments, optional analytics requires acceptance before Google Analytics loads. Your choice is remembered in your browser. You can change or withdraw it at any time using the “Privacy settings” button shown in the lower-left corner of the site after your first choice — you do not need to clear your browser storage. Choosing “Necessary Only” stops new Google Analytics events from being sent without requiring a page reload.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics helps us understand which outfits, guides, landing pages, searches, and site actions are useful so we can improve Stylefinden. In the US production market this analytics use is enabled by default with an in-site opt-out. In EU/UK/CH-oriented market deployments, Google Analytics is treated as optional analytics and loads only after acceptance. We disable Google Signals and ad personalization signals in the site tag. Google Analytics may collect usage behavior such as pages visited, time spent, approximate location, device/browser information, and events like search result clicks or newsletter signups. Data may be transferred to Google servers, including servers in the USA. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. IP anonymization is enabled by default in GA4. Data is deleted after 2 years. You can opt out in our banner by choosing “Necessary Only”or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

5. Vercel Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights by Vercel Inc. Web Analytics stores aggregated analytics data and does not set analytics cookies. Vercel derives a daily rotating visitor hash from an incoming request and records data such as page, referrer, approximate location, device, and browser information. Speed Insights records real-user performance measurements such as Core Web Vitals. These services are not controlled by the Google Analytics choice because they do not use the Google Analytics cookies listed above. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in audience measurement and technical optimization). We do not intentionally include email addresses or other direct identifiers in Vercel Analytics events.

6. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and store it in our mailing list managed by Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Your email is used solely to send you style updates and editorial content from Stylefinden. We do not share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent). You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email. Your email address will be removed from our list within 48 hours of your request.

7. Affiliate Links & Click Tracking

This website may contain affiliate or retailer links. Where our affiliate redirect route is used, we record a click event in our database (Supabase, operated by Supabase Inc., USA) containing the clicked product or piece identifier, the related outfit identifier when available, an affiliate click reference when available, and a timestamp. We do not store your IP address, hashed IP address, browser user-agent, or referrer URL in this affiliate click log.

After clicking you are redirected to the retailer's website. Affiliate networks or retailers may set their own tracking cookies in your browser in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Any purchase, delivery, return, warranty, pricing, stock, or customer service question is handled by the retailer. If you make a purchase through such a link, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Legal basis for click logging: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring affiliate performance and preventing abuse). Affiliate click logs are kept only for as long as needed for attribution, reporting, fraud prevention, and accounting review, then deleted or aggregated.

8. Styling Images

Outfit styling images on this website feature synthetic models — no real person is depicted. Images are intended for styling inspiration only; the actual appearance of a garment on a real person may differ.

9. Google AdSense

Google AdSense advertising scripts are not currently deployed on this website, and Stylefinden does not currently set AdSense advertising cookies. If AdSense is activated later, this policy and the cookie table will be reviewed and updated before the advertising scripts are released. Google's ad personalization settings are available at adssettings.google.com.

10. Data Transfers Outside the EEA

Some of the third-party services listed above (Vercel, Google, Resend, Supabase) are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification of the respective provider, or on Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

11. US and California Privacy Information

This section explains the personal information categories we collect from visitors, why we use them, who receives them, and how long we keep them. It is intended to supplement the rest of this Privacy Policy for visitors in the United States, including California.

Stylefinden does not currently sell physical products and does not sell personal information for money. We do not currently deploy AdSense advertising scripts or other behavioral advertising pixels. If advertising, sponsored placements, or additional affiliate tracking is activated later, this policy will be reviewed and updated before release.

Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are not currently used by the site to change functionality because Stylefinden does not currently operate a sale/share opt-out workflow. Google Analytics is controlled through the privacy banner and footer privacy settings. You can choose “Necessary Only” to stop optional analytics or clear site data to remove a saved choice.

To make a privacy request, email hello@stylefinden.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may need enough information to verify and process your request. Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page by updating the effective date or last updated date above.

Stylefinden is a general-audience fashion inspiration website. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not operate accounts, age-gates, or age-identifying flows, and we do not knowingly target advertising or personalization at children.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@stylefinden.com and we will delete that information promptly.
